The site located in Suffolk is composed of two tax parcels; 12 and 12A located on Tax Map 25A.  The size and current zoning classification of both parcels is as follows:

  • Parcel 12 is 3.40 acres and is zoned RU-Residential Urban
  • Parcel 12A is 2.34 acres and is zoned RU-Residential Urban

The total site area 5.74 acres and is located on Murphy’s Mill road (St. Rte 638). The site is currently vacant and ready to be developed.
